Susanne Livingston became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 1983 after graduating from UCLA.  Before working in the lending industry, Susanne was employed by a coastal real estate Broker specialist in Orange County.  She later moved to San Diego, and became a part of R&B Enterprises leasing team, responsible for renting out hundreds of apartments.  In 1986, she was hired as a Wholesale Account Representative by Imperial Bank Mortgage, where she worked for eight years.  During this time, the new division flourished and Susanne structuree and pre-underwrote files for her clients.  At the same time she furthered her education by becoming a California Real Estate Broker.  Susanne left the wholesale arena in 1996, because she was frustrated by her inability to affect her clients' files.  She hated the fact that, "As the Bank grew the corporate culture proved ineffective in helping provide solutions for borrowers."  Susanne made the move to join her husband at Residential Wholesale Mortgage, Inc. (RWM), which he established in 1994.

Tim Haas obtained his California Real Estate License in 1977 while working as a school teacher for San Diego Unified. He has always had a strong interest in the real estate industry, through his own involvement purchasing and selling properties. Deciding that he needed to make a career change, he left the teaching profession, to enter the world of real estate financing. Krystle Moore is a native San Diegan with over 8 years experience in commercial financing. In 2003, she founded California Funding where she funded over a quarter billion dollars of real estate loans from 2003 to 2006. As Founder and President of California Funding, Krystle had the opportunity to originate every aspect of commercial real estate property types including multifamily, retail, industrial, office, special-use, condo conversions, and construction.

In late 2006, she accepted a position with Washington Mutual in San Francisco as a Senior Loan Consultant in the Commercial Real Estate department. Martha entered the field of real estate in 1969 after having taught English on the secondary level for a few years. She listed and sold hundreds of properties in the ensuing years and also became an office manager in 1973, the Director of Training for a large national franchise in 1975 and opened her first of four real estate offices in 1977. She and her husband also owned and managed an independent escrow firm during this time.
