| | Susanne Livingston became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 1983 after graduating from UCLA. Before working in the lending industry, Susanne was employed by a coastal real estate Broker specialist in Orange County. She later moved to San Diego, and became a part of R&B Enterprises leasing team, responsible for renting out hundreds of apartments.
